Art websites research

Here is my research on some of the artists who I find very inspiring

The first website and an artist that I would like to present you is Alex Cudby, a photographer from London who travels around the world. He has many projects, which inspire to explore more. His picture are very beautiful especially portraits of people in different countries. The home page displays six different portraits. All the projects are organized by year and place which makes it very easy to research.

Tatsuo Miyajima- a Japanese sculptor and installation artist, many of his works are very inspiring.  LED (Light Emitting Diode) technology which he uses in his works. I read about his works several years ago, back then I thought that he is a very interesting artist. His website is very simple, without any bright colors and he does not attracts much though his interviews provided there are very sage and makes his point very clear. Also the description to every work is detailed.

Ann Rea is an American artist, I liked her website the most because everything is very well-oranized, she has a lot of pictures of her works and videos of her talking about her position and where she shares her own experience. However, it is hard to tell from the first sight what exactly she is trying to represent.

Wojciech Babski a Polish modern artist, his painting are very vivid and express a lot of emotions. The home page makes you want to look at other collections displayed. He divided the collections very wisely so that every collection has its' own theme which unites all pictures together. Moreover, there is no need in doing an interactive website, because from the first page the pictures drag your attention. 

All in all, this research helped me a lot, because now I have some fresh ideas on how to make my own website.
